Painting Preparation Includes

Trench around base of the foundation where possible, Pressure clean and mildewcide complete exterior, Cover all areas not to be painted, Apply Loxon Sealer to all masonry, Apply acrylic primer to bare wood, Caulk around all windows and doors, Repair all cracks and holes with elastomeric, Patching Compound, Apply 2 coats of paint to all areas, Sand, Prime & Paint Doors, Clean up around job site daily
